Gabriel Baptista is Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer of Agentic Wizards, the company he built together with Fabian Borges and Indira Garzón: three founders, one Guild. He helps companies that build with technology know what they are buying, what it costs and how it will be delivered, before the first dollar is spent. He brings more than 20 years in technology sales, partnerships and customer success across Latin America, North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific (Australia and New Zealand).
From a vague problem to a signed scope
Gabriel is the first conversation and the last signature. He turns a vague problem into a clear scope, a clear proposal, and a contract that says the same thing as the proposal. Then he hands everything to the team that builds, so the client never repeats what they already said.
One person leads the commercial relationship, the contracts and the finance, on purpose. When you ask what it costs, what you sign and how it is paid, the answer comes from someone who knows how it is sold, delivered and billed from the inside.
How a project starts
Across every Agentic Wizards service, for business and consumer-facing companies alike, Gabriel owns the whole pre-sales path:
Scope and recommendation
A vague pain becomes a work breakdown with explicit assumptions, and a clear recommendation of what you need.
Proposal and estimate
One estimate, built from your scope and as close as it can honestly be, with the assumptions it rests on written next to it.
NDA, MSA and SOW
Confidentiality, master agreement and statement of work, ready on time and built with the full picture. Proposal, contract and terms say the same thing.
Handover
Goals, assumptions, exclusions and decisions reach the team that builds.
Our clients win because they are told the truth in time and are teed up for success from the start.
How he works with clients
- One table for commercial, legal and financial. Complete, consistent information from the first conversation, and fewer back-and-forths between teams, which shortens the road to a decision.
- He tells you what is worth building first. Before proposing, Gabriel names which parts of the problem are worth automating now, what depends on third-party data or systems, and what to agree on before signing.
- He starts with what you need, then recommends one path. What it costs, what you risk and why he would choose it, so you decide knowing the trade-offs. If your case truly has two paths worth weighing, he shows you both and tells you which he would pick.
- Trilingual. He negotiates and writes in your language, English, Spanish or Portuguese, on projects that span the United States, Latin America, Brazil and Europe.
He applies AI to the business with judgment, so he can tell you where AI saves hours and where it is not yet reliable. And if what you need is not something he does, he introduces you to platform partners, implementers and specialists in each technical area.
Why what he proposes can be delivered
He has run the accounts, the contracts and the SLAs from the inside.
Teams and global accounts
Team leader of 30 technical specialists serving global accounts across three shifts, then supervisor and project manager for a team of nearly 40.
Operations at scale
Led the migration of an entire regional support operation to a new country and opened two branches.
Accountable for results
Accountable for KPIs and SLAs, owner of the biggest strategic accounts and the contracts between all parties, and set business strategy alongside the Director.

Questions
How do I know the estimate is realistic?
Because it is built from your scope, not from a template. You get one estimate, as close as it can honestly be, with every assumption it rests on written next to it. You see what it covers, what it leaves out and what would move it, before you commit.
Is AI the right answer for my problem?
Not always, and Gabriel will tell you. He separates the parts worth automating now from the ones that depend on third-party data or systems, and from the ones where AI is not yet reliable.
What happens if the scope changes after we sign?
Nothing changes quietly. The statement of work names the goals, assumptions and exclusions, so a change shows up as a change. Gabriel turns it into a Change Order that spells out what changes, what it costs and how it affects the timeline, and work on it starts only once you have approved and signed it.
Will I have to explain everything again to the team that builds?
No. Goals, assumptions, exclusions and decisions are handed to the team that builds, so you never repeat what you already said.
What if what I need is not something you do?
Gabriel says so in the first conversation and introduces you to platform partners, implementers or specialists who do it.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
What you want to achieve, by when, and the investment you have in mind. A rough idea is enough. Turning it into a clear scope is his job.
