Using the services
These terms cover your use of agentic-wizards.com: reading its pages and the Guild Library, taking the Guild Assessment, building a Guild Plan and sending us a form. By using the site you accept them.
Work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement that both sides sign. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may share the information you send us.

Assessments and recommendations
The Guild Assessment's suggested starting point, the reading it recommends, the Guild Plan and the articles, field guides and kits on this site are general information. They are not professional advice for your situation and not an offer.
Sending a form or a Guild Plan does not create a contract. Scope, price and dates become binding only in a written proposal or agreement confirmed by a Human Wizard. When the chat assistant is available, it is an AI, it says so, and it cannot commit Agentic Wizards to anything.

Accounts and security
The public site has no accounts. Client access to Citadel is given under the service agreement, which sets the rules for credentials, devices, access rights and incident notification.
If you believe you have found a security problem on this site, email hello@agentic-wizards.com with the subject "Security". Please do not access information that is not yours or disrupt the site while you look.

Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its forms; get around the bot check or rate limits; send spam, malicious code or unlawful content; send someone else's personal information without the right to; or copy the site automatically in a way that burdens it. We may block requests that do any of these.

Intellectual property
The text, images and design of this site, and the Agentic Wizards name and marks, belong to Agentic Wizards. You are welcome to read the site, link to it, and quote short passages with a link back. Please ask us before reusing more than that.
Ownership of client materials and deliverables is set by the service agreement for that work.

Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it is free of errors or always online. Articles describe our experience and approach; they are not a guarantee of results in your organisation. Links to other websites are there for convenience; we do not control what those sites say.
Limits of liability and the law that governs these terms will be set out here once legal review is complete. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law where you live.

When these terms change we publish the new text here with its date. This is the draft of 6 October 2026.
